We accept insurance-covered massage

We are very pleased to announce that our massage facility has the ability to accept various insurance plans such as we also accept Providence, Regence BCBS, United Healthcare (UHC), Aetna, Cigna, ChooseHealthy Program, Devoted Health, Health Net Health Plan of Oregon, Veteran Affairs (VA), Workers Comp Insurance, and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) insurance plans. Additionally, our massage facility is also eligible to accept payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

If you want to use your insurance to cover your massage sessions, please fill in the following form and we will verify your massage coverage benefits. Once we verify your insurance massage coverage benefits, our staff will contact you to schedule your insurance-covered massage sessions.

Note that Regence blue cross blue shield (Regence BCBS) differs from Anthem blue cross blue shield (Anthem BCBS).
